How this site uses cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job. This page lists every one of these tools on clearopayments.com.
Only the strictly necessary items run without asking. Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you turn them on in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject all", or close the site without choosing, they never load.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information these tools collect.
The tools on this site
| Tool | Category | What it does | What it stores and for how long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your cookie choiceClearo Payments | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you allowed analytics and advertising, so the banner does not ask again on every page. | Browser local storage, key "clearo_consent". Kept for 12 months, then the banner asks again. It never leaves your browser. |
| Landing page noteClearo Payments | Strictly necessary | Notes the first page you opened and any campaign tags in that link. It is sent with the contact form only if you allowed analytics. | Browser session storage, key "clearo_landing". Deleted when you close the tab. |
| Google Analytics 4Google | Analytics | Counts visits and the pages people read, and where visitors came from. | First-party cookies "_ga" and "_ga_<container-id>". Google says both last 2 years by default. Google Analytics cookie usage |
| Ahrefs Web AnalyticsAhrefs | Analytics | Counts visits and the pages people read. | Ahrefs says it sets no cookies by default. About Ahrefs Web Analytics |
| Meta PixelMeta Platforms | Advertising | Measures visits that come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited this site. | First-party cookies such as "_fbp" and "_fbc". Meta sets how long they last; see its Cookies Policy. Meta Cookies Policy |
| Consultation and statement review formLeadConnector (GoHighLevel) | Contact form | Shows the form on pages that have one and receives what you type in it. Your browser connects to LeadConnector to show the form, as it does with any embedded content. | Set by LeadConnector inside the form frame, under its own policy. LeadConnector privacy policy |
Your choices
- Analytics turns on Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics. It also lets the contact form record which page brought you here.
- Advertising turns on the Meta Pixel. Under some US state laws, this counts as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. It stays off unless you turn it on.
You can change your mind at any time. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button below. If you turn off a tool that already ran, we delete the cookies it set on our domain and reload the page without it.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Advertising stays off for as long as your browser sends the signal, and the banner shows that it is off. You can still choose analytics.
Browser controls
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. If you clear your browser's storage, the banner asks for your choice again. Google offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics on every site.
Changes and contact
If we add or remove a tool, we update this page and its date. Questions go to our Privacy Officer, using the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
